HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 days to let you know your order is on the way! Please allow extra time for international deliveries.
DO YOU OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING?
No. We do not offer flat rate shipping because we sell mixed weight items. This helps to keep the shipping cost lower for you.
WHERE CAN I FIND DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping prices are solely based on the total order weight, distance, and delivery speed.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We offer international shipping. Please allow 8 to 20 days for international shipping. If there is a snag at checkout please contact us so we can fix it. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gnostic Apothecary Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
DO YOU HONOR THE EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD?
Yes. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gnosticapothecaryco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
